ALL INDIA CORPORATE PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST 2024 is being conducted by Plusengage (Organiser) having its registered office at Mumbai. Before participating, please read the terms and conditions carefully given herein.
10th Annual All India Corporate Photography Contest 2024 begins from 25th June,2024 and ends 13th August, 2024 at 12 PM Indian Standard Time. Entries submitted after the contest period will not be considered. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and stated that he or she is employed with the registered company.

Who can Participate
• The Contest is open to PAN India employees of the companies registered with Corporate Photography.
• Employees of Sony India Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, group, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Participate
• Participants must submit their entries through logging in www.corporatephotographycontest.com & completing the registration/ login of their participation to this Contest.
• Each participant may submit up to (5) five different photos across six categories: Nature/Landscapes, Wildlife, Arts&Culture, Portraits, DailyLife & Others.
Eligibility & Submission Criteria
All entries must be submitted via the online portal, i.e. www.corporatephotographycontest.com.
All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Participants are personally responsible to ensure that submitted entries are successfully uploaded. Any technical errors that result in failure to submit the entries within the Contest Period will render a disqualification.
Unfair or unethical methods of participation may result in disqualification.
Photo Submissions must not contain obscenity, explicit sexual material, nudity, profanity, graphic violence, calls or incitement to violence, commercial solicitation or commercial promotion. Submissions also must not contain content or images that could be considered abusive, inflammatory, denigrating, or disrespectful to the to groups, individuals or institutions.
Submissions be not be subject to any restrictions as to use, publication, reproduction, duplication, copying or in any way; or infringe or interfere with any rights of any third party, or infringe any applicable laws; must not contain, indicate, suggest or refer to any material, content or information, including but not limited to logos, caricatures, slogans, sketches, designs or other graphics or any other material which, directly or indirectly solicits on behalf of, advertises, promotes, supports or otherwise refers to any good, service or entity, towards achieving any benefit or consideration for such good, service or entity; not contain, indicate, suggest or refer to any material, content or information, including but not limited to logos, caricatures, slogans, sketches, designs or other graphics or any other material which are or are likely to infringe upon any rights under applicable laws (including, but not limited to copyright, trademark, design or contract) of any third party.
Organisers reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry that it considers offensive, inappropriate, objectionable or likely to infringe any rights of any third party under applicable laws. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Submission should be in .jpg or jpeg format and no larger than (10) megabyte (MB) file size.
Images with frames or borders are not allowed.
A participant can upload up to maximum total of 5 photographs overall in any of the listed categories.
HDR images (High Dynamic Range) - are not allowed. ( Except Mobile Phone Category)
Watermarks not allowed.
All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition. It is the responsibility ofeach entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work.
Photos or still images extracted from any video tape or source, film or motion capturing device are not accepted.
Images that do not meet this standard can still be judged, but may not be honored as a finalist in the competition (at the judges sole discretion) if the photographer is unable or unavailable to provide the proper resolution when asked.
Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties. The administration reserves the right to delete any entered photo that does not meet the above guidelines.
AI Generated pictures are not qualified for this contest.
On selection of the pictures, participant will be asked to submit the high-resolution pictures with Exif data.
Judging Standards
Originality: You must have taken this photo. Is your photo original, fresh or inventive?
Creativity: How imaginative is your photo? A creative photo breaks from traditional methods of presenting ideas and messages. For example, you could take the photo from an unexpected angle or focus on a detail that is usually ignored. Avoid simple snapshots of groups of people or buildings.
Photo Quality: Is your photo aesthetically pleasing? A high-quality photo is well composed and has a clear focal point. It should not be blurry, too dark or too light. Remember, you don't need to be a professional photographer to take a high-quality photo!
Retouching of Photos: The submitted contest photograph cannot be significantly retouched: nothing in the photographs (people, animals, scenery, objects, etc.) may be altered, removed, augmented or rearranged. Cropping is permitted, blur , saturation , vibrance of parts of the image. Post processed in Adobe Lightroom is allowed.
Digital Rights
All Photographs uploaded in this event can be used for any promotional activity related to this event/ partners of this event. Where due, credit shall always be given to the photographer.
Conditions of Entry
All entrants hold the Sponsors and their respective regents, directors, officers, employees, emeriti, fellows, interns, research associates, and volunteers (the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against all claims of any nature arising in connection with entrant's participation in the contest and acceptance or use of a prize. The Indemnified Parties are not liable for any costs, damages, injuries, or other claims incurred as a result of entrants' participation in the contest or winner's acceptance and usage of a prize. The Indemnified Parties are not responsible for incomplete or misdirected entries, technical or network malfunctions or failures, or causes beyond their control. Entrants are solely responsible for their entries. Entrants may not submit materials that introduce any software viruses, worms or other programs designed to damage software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or are off-topic, partisan-political, contain advertising, nudity, personal attacks or expletives, or is otherwise abusive, threatening, unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, libelous, obscene, false, sexually explicit, or that infringes on the rights of any third party.
While participating the Contest, furnishing of personal details and contact(s), if any, to organiser and/or Sony India shall be treated as consent to receive communication at the contact details provided.
Sony India Private Limited (Sony India) is only sponsoring the contest and in no way associated with conducting, organising or judging the contest in any manner whatsoever. Decision of organiser shall be final and binding on the Participants.
The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Plusengage reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding the winners, Plusengage reserves the right to award or not award the prizes in its sole discretion. Plusengage reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose entry or conduct appears in any way to: inhibit the enjoyment of others; tamper with the competition; violate these rules or other applicable law or regulation; infringe on the rights of third parties; or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Decisions of the Plusengage are final and binding.

Each contestant has the option and are eligible to purchase a maximum of 1 camera and 2 lens at the special offer price mentioned. Limited period offer. The names of the winner(s) would be announced by Organisers and its agents/representatives would contact the winners on their e-mail. Organiser or Sony India or its agents/representatives shall not be liable for any failure to receive any such communication sent to the e-mail address registered/provided by the Participant.
The gratifications cannot be transferred/negotiated. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed. If the gratification is unavailable, Sony India reserves the right to substitute it with equal or greater value. The winner for the contest shall be liable for income tax, levies and duties due and owing under applicable and statutory laws in connection with the gratification. The gratification will be awarded to the winner(s) after due verification and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. The winner shall, prior to the collection of the gratification, be required to submit to Organiser/Sony India, valid ID proof, residence proof, PAN and/or any other document.
By participating, each Participant agrees to hold harmless Organiser, Sony India and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this contest from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this contest and the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the gratification, including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
Organisers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and to alter or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. An updated version of the terms and conditions may be made available on the website.
By participating, each Participant specifically accepts as follows (a) that he/she has fully read and understood all the terms and conditions and be unconditionally bound by them b) that he/she satisfies the eligibility requirements under these rules c) that he/she unconditionally accepts the winner so selected d) that he/she shall honour all decisions of Organiser with regard to the contest and its interpretation and not challenge them (e) to comply with all Central, State, Local Laws and Regulations.
All disputes to be settled within the jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi only.
